Cardinal Court provides a unique opportunity to transition to apartment-style living while taking advantage of the benefits of living in university housing. 

Cardinal Court Eligibility

Cardinal Court is primarily for sophomore students who fall under the On-Campus Housing Policy; freshman students typically live in traditional residence halls during their first year on campus. 

If you are a current residence hall student in 2011-2012 who is required to live in university housing next year per the University On-Campus Housing Policy, you are eligible to live in Cardinal Court in Fall 2012.

Advance Sign-Up

Students have an opportunity to reserve a space in Cardinal Court in advance of the February/March room selection process. A reservation form is available in iCampus for current students who are eligible to live at Cardinal Court in Fall 2012.

Reservation Form Details

• Submitting a reservation form constitutes a request for a space in Cardinal Court and does not guarantee a space.
• Reservation requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from students who meet the Cardinal Court eligibility requirements. Once we receive enough reservations to fill Cardinal Court, we will begin a waiting list. Students are encouraged to submit their reservations as soon as possible. 
• The reservation form is not a contract. Information about contract renewal is sent to students in January and contracts are submitted in February.
• University Housing Services will notify students within 10 business days regarding whether a space is being reserved for them in Cardinal Court.
• Students with confirmed reservations will select their specific room/apartment in February. If any spaces remain, they will be available to those students without reservations.
• If you believe you are eligible to live at Cardinal Court in Fall 2012 and do not see the reservation form after logging in to iCampus, please contact University Housing Services at (309) 438-8611.
