Cardinal Court Costs
Proposed Cardinal Court Rates: 2012-1013
The following 2012-2013 Cardinal Court rates are proposed rates and subject to final approval. These rates are for students who pay in installments. Students who pay in full by the August and January billing due dates receive a $60 ($30 per semester) reduction in the listed rates.
Rates are for the contract year, which runs August 15, 2012 to June 30, 2013.
Annual Rates
2x2: Four Resident Apartment

3x2: Four Resident Apartment
- Proposed annual rate per student, shared bedroom: $6960
- Proposed annual rate per student, private bedrooms: $7,320
4x2: Four Resident Apartment
- Proposed annual rate per student: $7,320
4x4: Four Resident Apartment
- Proposed annual rate per student: $7,752
2x2: Two Resident Apartment
- Proposed annual rate per student: $9,732
Utilities
The annual apartment rate is comprehensive and includes utilities, Internet, and parking.
To encourage energy conservation, each Cardinal Court apartment unit has a monthly electricity budget included in the room rate.
Meal Plans
Meal plans are optional for residents of Cardinal Court, and range from one and a half meals a week to unlimited access seven days a week. See the Campus Dining Services website for more information.
