Cardinal Court Apartments include a variety of amenities to help students enjoy their time learning, working, and having fun. A few of the amenities students can enjoy include:

Fully furnished apartments

Living room: Couch, end table, side chair, TV stand
Bedrooms: Bed, dresser, desk, chair, night stand
Kitchen: All appliances, stools
Mini blinds on all windows

Private or shared bathrooms in each unit
Full kitchens including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator with ice maker. Residents will provide their own dishes, cookware, and cutlery.
Privacy half-wall in shared bedroom
Cable television hook-ups in all living rooms and bedrooms
Mix of community and in-unit laundry rooms
Secure building entrances, locked 24 hours a day
On-site parking and campus shuttle stop
Plenty of bicycle racks

Parking at Cardinal Court

All residents have the opportunity to obtain a parking permit to park at the complex. These permits are available when commuter permit sales begin, typically in July, and are included in the cost of the housing contract.
